Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Add oil, butter, lemon juice, ginger, salt, pepper and shallot to a shallow casserole or baking dish large enough to hold fish.
  3. Heat dish in oven 5 minutes or until butter melts and begins to sizzle.
  4. Remove dish from oven and turn fish in lemon-ginger mixture to coat both sides.
  5. Return to oven and bake fish 5 to 7 minutes or until the fish begins to flake when tested with a fork.
