Instructions
  1. In a small bowl mix together salt, paprika and pepper.
  2. Rub fish with half of melted coconut oil and pat both side with seasoning mix. Coat fish heavily with seasoning.
  3. In a blender add mayonnaise, avocado oil, "That Green Sauce," garlic and cilantro. Blend together until smooth. Add a little water to thin if necessary to get a smooth, drizzling consistency
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add remaining coconut and cook fish on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on thickness.
  5. Remove from skillet and drizzle with Avocado aioli just before serving. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
