Ceviche Baja Tejas
  1. Combine shrimp, tilapia, tomatillos, onions, bell peppers, lime juice and seasoning in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Serve a spoonful of ceviche on each tostada and garnish with Achiote Crema if desired (recipe on heb.com).
