Instructions
  1. Prepare charcoal or gas grill to 350°F.
  2. Combine lime juice, zest, olive oil, salt and chili powder in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Skewer the cubed pieces of salmon onto presoaked skewers. Then brush on all sides with the marinade.
  4. Grill skewers for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and serve with a side of cilantro labneh.
