Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place salmon on pan, skin-side down
  4. Combine mayonnaise, citrus rub and marinade in a small bowl and mix for sauce.
  5. Spread sauce over salmon and top with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake 15 minutes or until salmon turns from translucent to opaque (white) and begins to flake.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Cut salmon into 4 portions.
