  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Set pizza crust out to thaw.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a sauté pan until crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add shallots and stir-fry with bacon another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in white wine and clams with juice. Cook until slightly thickened and almost all liquid is evaporated. Set aside for pizza topping.
  5. Spread mozzarella evenly over pizza crust, then spoon bacon clam mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil.
  6. Bake pizza according to the package instructions or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve while still hot.
