Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with foil, then place salmon fillets skin side down onto the foil.
  3. Combine minced pecan pieces with panko, mustard, maple syrup, parsley and minced garlic to make the topping.
  4. Top each fillet with a generous portion of panko mixture.
  5. Place salmon in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and allow mixture to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
