Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with foil. Gently wash salmon under cool running water and pat dry with a paper towel, then place on foil.
  3. Spread a thin even layer of dip on surface of salmon.
  4. In a small bowl add bread crumbs, oil and chives. Stir to evenly coat, then spread an even layer on salmon.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden brown and salmon is cooked through.
