Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together cabbage, pears, red onion and cilantro, then set aside
  2. In a different smaller bowl, mix together Kewpie mayo, ginger and orange juice, then set aside.
  3. Heat a large sauté pan on medium-high heat, then add oil,shrimp and Adams Rub; cook and toss 4-5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortilla, then add shrimp, slaw mixture, sauce and top with dragon fruit.
