Instructions
  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions then drain and set aside.
  3. Scrub outer shell of clams with a stiff brush to remove sand as needed.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat.
  5. Sauté parsley and garlic 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and wine and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce mixture by half and add clams to pot.
  8. Cover and steam open clams 5 to 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Discard any clams that do not open.
  9. Place pasta in a serving bowl and pour clams and broth over cooked pasta.
  10. Pour melted butter over pasta and toss to coat.
