Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to 350°F to 375°F for medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mustard, soy sauce, black sesame seeds and chili paste and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Brush tuna steaks with about a teaspoon of toasted sesame oil on each side and spray grill with a liberal amount of non-stick spray so tuna won't stick to the grill.
  4. Grill steaks 2 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. (For well done there should still be some pink left in the center.)
  5. Rest tuna before serving with red chili mustard.
  6. Chef's Note: Soy sauce can be substituted for tamari.
