Grilled Shrimp Taco with Spicy Green Mango Slaw
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Prepare slaw by mixing mangos, peppers, onions, and lime juice, toss to coat. Season to taste with salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to build tacos.
  3. In a bowl, toss shrimp with salt, pepper, cumin, and olive oil. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side or until firm and opaque in color.
  4. To serve, place a few shrimp on tortillas and top with mango slaw. Garnish with your favorite taco condiments. Repeat process with each taco.
