Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to 350ºF
  2. While grill preheats, make za'atar relish by mixing tomatoes, shallots, za'atar, lemon juice, serrano peppers and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  3. Place shrimp on skewers and set on a sheet pan. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Grill shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side or until they turn pinkish.
  5. Serve with za'atar relish. Season to taste as needed.
