Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a 4-quart stock pot.
  3. Add pasta and olive oil and cook 15 minutes or until al dente.
  4. Remove mussels from shells and toss with 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce in a large bowl
  5. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water and stuff each shell with one mussel.
  6. Arrange shells in a single layer in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining sauce from bowl and jar over tops of shells.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
