Instructions
  1. In a large saute pan with a lid, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shallots and garlic, and cook until shallots are tender.
  3. Turn heat to high and add mussels and remaining ingredients. Stir quickly then cover.
  4. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until mussels open (discard those that don't).
  5. Serve immediately in a large bowl with crusty bread.
