One Pan Grilled Scallion Mustard Roasted Salmon with Asparagus
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment.
  3. Place salmon fillets and asparagus on sheet pan.
  4. Evenly distribute Four J Grilled Scallion Mustard and zest over fillets and asparagus. Gently turn asparagus to coat.
  5. Roast salmon and asparagus 10 minutes. Remove pan, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over asparagus and return to oven 5 additional minutes.
  6. Serve with grains.
