Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Place flour and breadcrumbs in 2 separate shallow dish or bowls.
  3. Whisk 3 tablespoons water with egg in a third shallow bowl.
  4. Cut fish into 20 (4 x 1/2-inch) strips.
  5. Dredge fish in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a prepared baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle with salt if needed and serve immediately.
