Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Season salmon with salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and coriander. Place on sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in oven 15 - 20 minutes or until internal temp reads 145ºF in thickest part of fish.
  3. In a mini food processor or blender combine asparagus cream, olive oil, garlic cloves, lemon juice and remaining pepper. Blend together until smooth, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Once salmon is fully cooked remove from oven and rest 5 minutes. Serve salmon with a little of Aioli over each piece.
