Instructions
  1. Preheated oven to 375ºF. Place salmon burgers on a foil lined sheet pan and bake approximately 15 minutes, turning once half way through. Meanwhile, mash avocado with lime juice until smooth. Toss avocado mixture with tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce. Serve burgers over the salad.
