Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Coat a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place fillet in pan, skin side down.
  4. Spread cheese over top of fillet and press walnuts into cheese.
  5. Bake on top rack in oven 8 to 12 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 150°F in the thickest part of salmon.
