Instructions
  1. To make slaw, combine apple, jicama, cilantro, jalapeño and lime juice in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Lightly spray a large, non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
  3. Season salmon with salt, pepper and cumin. Sear 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Place a portion of salmon and slaw inside each tortilla and serve.
