Instructions
  1. To make sauce combine avocado, yogurt, cilantro, jalapeño and lime juice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Set aside
  2. Spray a large non-stick skillet with a light coating of non-stick spray. Place over medium-high heat.
  3. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and cumin. Sear fish 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Place a portion of salmon, cabbage, and sauce inside each tortilla and serve.
