Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F .
  2. Preheat a large sauté pan to medium-high with 1 tablespoon canola oil.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper and place in preheated pan. Sear one side of salmon and set aside 5 minutes.
  4. Add remaining oil and potatoes to same pan and sauté 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Add broccoli and sauté another 3 minutes.
  6. Place salmon (seared side facing up) on cooked broccoli/potato mixture.
  7. Add broth and lemon juice and bake 15 minutes.
