Instructions
  1. In a blender combine the following, kombucha, honey, shallot, lime juice, raspberries, and mustard, adding olive oil while running.
  2. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. In a large bowl add spring mix, pumpkin seeds, cheese, and salmon.
  4. Toss everything together with dressing as needed, and season to taste. Optional garnish of fresh raspberries.
