Southern Style Crab Boil
Instructions
  1. In a large stock pot, add wine, water, Adams seasoning, garlic, onions, cilantro stems, and limes. Bring mixture to a boil.
  2. Lower heat to medium, then add okra, corn, and jalapeño sausage. Cook 15 to 20 minutes then add butter and crab clusters. Cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Strain liquid then pour onto a giant platter and season to taste as needed and garnish with remaining cilantro leaves.
