Spicy Asian Grilled Tuna Kabobs
Instructions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large zipper bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread skewers with onion, tuna, pepper, mushroom, tuna, onion, pepper, and tuna. Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
  3. Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F.
  4. Grill kabobs 2 minutes per side or until tuna is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
