Instructions
  1. On a grill or in a grill skillet, char peppers until black. Immediately place in a bowl and cover with plastic for 5 minutes.
  2. Place oil, lime juice, water, garlic and cilantro in a food processor.
  3. Once peppers are ready, peel skin, slice open and remove seeds. Add to food processor
  4. Puree until smooth then add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Skewer shrimp and prepare grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Once grill is hot and ready, cook shrimp and constantly baste with sauce.
  7. Once shrimp are opaque, remove from grill and enjoy!
