Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients for court bouillon into a 2 gallon stockpot, squeezing only 2 lemons into the pot first then dropping in (needs enough room for liquid and lobsters). Bring to a simmer.
  2. Submerge lobsters tail first in stockpot.
  3. Turn heat to high, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Cook lobsters 6 to 8 minutes; shells will turn bright red.
  5. Transfer to a clean plate and serve with lemons and White Wine and Garlic Drawn Butter.
